 condition I rented it in. If it’s returned cut, knotted beyond repair or in unusable condition then 

I will not receive my deposit back. The rental fee will be taken out of the deposit and a late fee 

of $20 per day will be applied if needed. If not returned within 7 days of date to be 

retuned then I will not receive my deposit back.

*If your return day falls on a Sunday then you will need to return on Monday as we are closed on Sundays. 

Expect your deposit return 10-12 days after hair piece return. You will be contacted if the piece is deemed 

unusable. 

Important tips:

*Please store hair piece in bag you received with the rental. Clip it to the hanger and store in the bag. 

*Hold tight at the top and brush gently to remove knots. Start brushing at the ends and then work your 

way to the top. DO NOT hold piece by the fishing wire string and brush, it could break. 

*This is real hair, treat it like you would your hair. This hair will curl or straighten but please don't use 

excessive heat as it will break the hair. 

*You can shampoo and style hair as needed but there is no need to shampoo the piece before returning. 

All pieces coming back into the salon will be washed and sanitized for the next client.
